In his previous role as Director of Technology at BairesDev, Nate led a team of Solution Architects while assisting the sales, account management, staffing, and delivery organizations as a trusted technical expert. This involved consulting clients on hundreds of projects including web application development, mobile application development, AI and machine learning, cloud engineering, data engineering, and business process automation to name a few.Nate began his career at an Australian ed-tech company as part of their go-to-market team. In his spare time, his interest in predicting markets pushed him to explore data science and machine learning. The combination of hard work and technical aptitude helped him transition into a role at an AI SaaS company where he was involved in the demonstration and implementation of AI solutions throughout the enterprise sales process.An entrepreneur at heart, Nate has always found opportunities to freelance in the technology solutions space. He is currently using his breadth of experience to run Solve full time.

Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and children, serving in his community, playing guitar and basketball, hosting a podcast, and connecting with others to hear their stories.
